 Emergency Management in the City of Alliance is divided into four phases:

Local Emergency Operations Plan

The City of Alliance maintains a current Local Emergency Operations Plan (PDF) that is reviewed and exercised yearly with the assistance of Region 23 Emergency Management and the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency.

Alliance Alerts (CivicReady)

The City of Alliance uses Alliance Alerts (CivicReady) to send emergency alerts and other notifications.

Subscribers can register to receive emergency alerts and other notifications via phone call, text message, and / or email.
