Our Services
Community Development provides planning and zoning services, building code enforcement, building permitting services, contractor licensing, dangerous structure abatement, and other development services to the citizens of Alliance and area developers.
Contractors and subcontractors doing business in the City of Alliance are required to have a current Contractors License. Applications should be completed and returned to the Community Development Department. Here is a list of current licensed contractors:
