On April 5, 2006 the City of Alliance issued a "Request for Qualifications" seeking professional services to determine options for the current Municipal Building. The vendor selected was TSP, Inc. of Rapid City, SD. After intensive research they provided us with 5 possible options for dealing with the building and it's inadequacies. | |
